i have seen they are not offering indoor badminton court, which is now a normal for good gated communities. aparna being top tier builder, i dont know why it is not planned in cybershine

Ohh G+17 only, then i think 4 years is a long time. For two 17 floor towers it looks like a long time. This is the given handover duration for most of the 40+ floors in Financial District.
Might be that it's the rera handover time mentioned, it's always mentioned with few extra years than the actual handover time builder sells on.

True, but also think about the appreciation in property value over that time. By the time it's built, market value could be considerably higher.
