i have seen they are not offering indoor badminton court, which is now a normal for good gated communities. aparna being top tier builder, i dont know why it is not planned in cybershine

Ohh G+17 only, then i think 4 years is a long time. For two 17 floor towers it looks like a long time. This is the given handover duration for most of the 40+ floors in Financial District. Might be that it's the rera handover time mentioned, it's always mentioned with few extra years than the actual handover time builder sells on.
